If I like today's deal - how do I get it?
All you have to do is click "Buy" before the offer ends. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your credit card and send you an email telling you your purchased voucher is ready to view. If there aren't enough people wanting the deal, then the deal is no good (and you won't be charged). Don't forget to invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!
What happens if the required minimum number of purchasers is not met?
If not enough people sign up to buy the deal, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged. So if you really want the deal, spread the word!
I bought a deal - now how do I get it?
When the deal is good, you'll receive an email telling you your voucher is ready to view. You can log into your account and go into "My Stuff" anytime you are ready to use it. The voucher will have your very own exclusive promo code and include directions for redeeming the deal.
How do I redeem a deal once I've received my promo code?
Typically, you'll simply place an order on the corresponding website and then enter your exclusive promo code at checkout. We'll include directions in the voucher, just so there's no confusion.
Can I share my promo code with friends?
The code we send you when you purchase a deal is a unique promo code that will expire after one use. If you're planning to use the code for yourself, make sure to keep it to yourself. If your friends want a promo code they'll have to purchase the deal too!
Is my credit card information safe with Trinero?
Yes, very much so! We use PayPal secure payment services so you can rest assured that your credit card information is safe. At no time is your credit card information stored on Trinero servers.
What will happen after I enter my credit card information?
Normally after you purchase a deal you will immediately be taken back to your "My Stuff" page even though you can't always view your voucher right away. If your transaction is successful you will also immediately receive a confirmation email and/or a credit card receipt.
Are there any guidelines I should know about that apply to all deals?
Yes! Unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print, the following guidelines apply to each and every deal:
- No cash value. Not valid for cash back.
- Tax and shipping fees are not covered.
- Entire value must be used on a single online order.
- Only one Trinero promo code can be used per order.
- Can't be combined with other special offers, discounts, or promo codes.
- All Trinero Terms & Conditions apply.
Do I need to use the entire value of my voucher all at once?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print, each voucher promo code is single-use and can only be applied to one order. If you don't use the entire value of your promo code on a single order, the remaining value will be lost, and we don't want that to happen!
Can I combine my Trinero voucher with other codes and offers?
Unless the Fine Print on the deal says otherwise, then no.
If I really like the deal, can I buy more than one?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Check out the Fine Print for that specific deal to see if multiple purchases are allowed. Also, keep in mind that while you may be allowed to buy multiple deals, you may only be able to use one promo code per order.
Should I tell my friends about the deals?
Yes! In fact, if you share a deal with a friend who isn't yet signed up for Trinero and the friend purchases the deal you'll earn Trinero Bucks. Invite friends to join Trinero using your unique referral link and earn Trinero Bucks once they buy their first deal. Trinero Bucks can be used to purchase deals on the Trinero website. You can use this bonus to grab more great deals!
How long do I have to use my voucher to redeem the deal?
Most voucher promo codes expire six months to a year from the time they become live. Once a code expires, it can no longer be redeemed for it's promotional value, but it can still be redeemed for the amount of money you paid for it, unless otherwise specified in the deal's Fine Print (also see "What happens if my voucher expires before I use it?").
What happens if my voucher expires before I use it?
Unless otherwise noted in the Fine Print, once a voucher promo code has expired, it can no longer be redeemed for it's promotional value, but it can still be redeemed for the amount of money you paid for it (at least for the duration of time permitted by the laws in your state).
Is my credit card charged as soon as I hit the "Buy" button?
Your credit card will be pre-authorized as soon as you place the order but it will not be charged until after the Deal has reached the required minimum stated on the deal feature.
Can I return a Trinero voucher?
Trinero promises to never let you down. If you have a bad experience with us or one of our merchants, we want to hear about it and resolve the issue right away. Please feel free to contact our deals support team for further assistance.
Trouble accessing your purchased vouchers?
From the home page click on "Sign in" on the menu bar at the top of the page. Sign in using your email address and password, or if you originally used Facebook Connect when you made the purchase, sign in that way. Next, click on "My Stuff," and then select "My Coupons". Any purchases that you've made will always show up here, so come back as often as you'd like! If you're still having trouble accessing your vouchers, please contact our deals support team.
